DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by JOHN F BELL
<br />An unmarried individual, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island as a result
<br />of an acquisition and name change as Beneficiary, dated as of December 30, 1999, and recorded
<br />on January 6, 2000, as Instrument No. 200000194 Re- Recorded as Instrument No. 200000476,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Grand Island County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim
<br />and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the
<br />right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed
<br />of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />Property: LOT FORTY NINE (49), IN RAVENWOOD, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of August 22, 2003.
