<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to DC- UTSCHE BANK NATIONAL
<br />TRUST AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT SERIES
<br />BT -SPMD 2001 -A BY INDYMAC BANK FSB AS ATTORNEY IN FACT, without any
<br />covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Amick Acres Second Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 27, 2000, and recorded on December
<br />28, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200011197 wherein David M. Scobie and
<br />Patricia S. Scobie, husband and wife JTROS are named Trustors; and
<br />Major Mortgage is named Beneficiary; and Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />FSB is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the
<br />Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described. to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $100,000.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; that the
<br />beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Major
<br />Mortgage to Indymac Bank, FSB by an Assignment dated December 27,
<br />2000 and recorded on March 1, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200101586 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was further assigned to Deutsche Bank National Bank
<br />Trust Company as Trustee uner the Pooling and Servicing Agreement
