Scobie and <br />Patricia S. Scobie, husband and wife JTROS are named Trustors; and <br />Major Mortgage is named Beneficiary; and Commercial Federal Bank, <br />FSB is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the <br />Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above <br />described. to secure, among other obligations, payment of a <br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $100,000.00 <br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; that the <br />beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Major <br />Mortgage to Indymac Bank, FSB by an Assignment dated December 27, <br />2000 and recorded on March 1, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200101586 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
