KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRUCE I SMITH AND JUDITH ANN SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JULY 14, 1986 and recorded JULY 18, 1986 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #86- 104000
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />ACRES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT
<br />TWELVE (12), THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT TWELVE (12), A DISTANCE
<br />OF FORTY (40.0) FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY, A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN AND
<br />SEVEN TENTHS (118.7) FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK TWO (2);
<br />THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT TWELVE (12), A
<br />DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY -TWO (132.0) FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
