Henderson and Billie D. Henderson, <br />Husband and Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable` <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Christopher J. Andrade and <br />Jennifer B.
