200311148 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by Tom Hoeft and Betty L. Hoeft, of a Lease dated August 1, <br />2003, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Tom Hoeft and Betty L.
