<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 103 for 540 shares of the common stock of
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />I warrant that I am the surviving joint tenant and owner of the above - described property,
<br />improvements and personal property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell
<br />the same; that said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and
<br />defend the title to said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
