<br />REVOCABLE TRUST, dated September 16, 1996, Grantor, hereby
<br />assigns, conveys and releases to CINDY BRADDY, Grantee, all of /� "Sc�
<br />the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain
<br />lease agreement, dated April 22, 1977 and recorded as Instrument

<br />together with any and all amendments thereto, made by MARK
<br />SCHUELE and PHYLLIS SCHUELE, husband and wife, as Lessors, and
<br />MID - NEBRASKA QUALITY FOOD, INC., as Lessee, by which the Lessors
<br />agreed to lease to the Lessee and the Lessee agreed to lease from
<br />the Lessors, the following described real property, to wit:
<br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE4SE4) of Section Twenty -One (21),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point Seven Hundred Seven and Five -
<br />Tenths (707.5) feet South of the Southeast corner of
<br />Pleasant Home Subdivision, said point being Thirty -
<br />Three (33.0) feet West of the East line of said Section
<br />Twenty -One (21); thence Westerly parallel to the South
<br />line of said Pleasant Home Subdivision a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Sixty -One (261.0); thence Southerly
<br />parallel to the East line of said Section Twenty -one
<br />(21), a distance of One Hundred Thirty -Four (134.0)
<br />feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of
<br />said Pleasant Home Subdivision, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Sixty -One (261.0) feet; thence Northerly
<br />parallel to the East line of said Section Twenty -One
<br />(21), a distance of One Hundred Thirty -Four (134.0)
<br />feet, to the place of beginning, and containing 0.71
<br />acres, more or less.
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with her
<br />successors and assigns that (a) the said Trust, referred to
<br />above, is duly executed and in existence, (b) the person creating
<br />the Trust was under no disability or infirmity at the time the
<br />Trust was created, (c) the assignment herein to the Grantee is
<br />effective and rightful, and (d) the Trustee knows of no facts or
