<br />That whereas all the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert B.
<br />McClurkin and Ruth McClurkin, husband and wife, to James R. Ganz, as TRUSTEE, dated
<br />September 21, 1994 and recorded October 14, 1994 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, at Document No. 94- 108425, has been paid,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said
<br />Trust Deed and Note secured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request
<br />of Kearney Eaton Employees Federal Credit Union, BENEFICIARY named therein, the
<br />undersigned TRUSTEE, does by these presents GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE AND
<br />RECONVEY to Robert B. McClurkin and Ruth McClurkin, husband and wife, all the interest
<br />and estate derived to said TRUSTEE by or through said Trust Deed in the following
<br />described premises:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Western Heights Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
