<br />ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, ( "Assignor "), whose address is 100 Wall
<br />Street, Suite 1600 New York, New York 10005, does hereby sell, assign, transfer, set over,
<br />endorse and deliver, without recourse or warranty, unto GREYSTONE SERVICING
<br />CORPORATION, INC. ( "Assignee "), a corporation organized and existing under the
<br />laws of the State of Georgia, whose address is 419 Belle Air Lane, Warrenton, Virginia
<br />20186 all its right, title and interest in and to the following documents and funds, all
<br />pertaining to FHA Project No. 103 - 35087:
<br />1. All of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Mortgage
<br />executed by HOLIDAY GARDEN TOWNHOUSES II, a Nebraska general partnership to
<br />DON J. MCMURRAY CO., a Nebraska corporation, dated March 10, 1981 and recorded March
<br />23, 1981 as Document No. 81- 001393 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, such
<br />Mortgage assigned to ROTHSCHILD FINANCIAL CORPORATION by Assignment of
<br />Mortgage dated October 29, 1981 and recorded on January 21, 1982 as Document No. 82-
<br />000229 in said Office, as modified by Modification Agreement dated January 5, 1982 and
<br />recorded on January 21, 1982 as Document No. 82- 000230 in said Office, as assigned to
<br />GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION by Assignment of Mortgage
<br />and Modification Agreement dated January 20, 1982 and recorded on January 27, 1982 as
<br />Document No. 82- 000323 in said Office, as assigned to MORGAN GUARANTY TRUST
<br />COMPANY OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE by Assignment of Mortgage dated June 16,
<br />1982 and recorded on July 26, 1982 as Document No. 82- 003108 in said Office, as assigned to
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST
<br />TRUST OF NEW YORK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE by
<br />Assignment dated May 5, 2000 and recorded on July 15, 2003 as Document No. 200308964 in
<br />said Office, together with the debt secured thereby, and all of Assignor's right, title and
<br />interest in and to the property therein described; and
<br />2. Each and every contract or document required by the Federal Housing
<br />Administration to which Assignor is a party or has any interest, arising out of or
<br />incidental to the FHA insured financing of the referenced FHA Project; and
<br />3. Any modifications, amendments or supplements to any of the foregoing.
