<br />"Collateral" shall mean: 200311065
<br />(a) all inventory, work -in- process, raw materials or materials
<br />used or consumed in the business of Debtor, and any
<br />interest of Debtor in any goods the sale or lease of which
<br />shall have given or shall give rise to an account as
<br />defined under Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the
<br />State of Nebraska, now existing and wherever located;
<br />(b) all accounts which by law can be pledged or assigned,
<br />contract rights, chattel paper and general intangibles of
<br />Debtor, drafts, documents, instruments, whether now or
<br />hereafter existing or acquired, evidencing any obligation
<br />to Debtor for the payment of goods sold or leased or
<br />services rendered to third parties now existing and
<br />wherever located;
<br />(c) all equipment, systems, signage, machinery, furniture,
<br />furnishings, appliances, movable fixtures (including all
<br />trade, domestic or ornamental fixtures, whether actually
<br />or constructively attached, affixed or installed) goods
<br />and any other articles of tangible personal property now
<br />existing which are used in Debtor's business on or at the
<br />Collateral Location or wherever located (together with all
<br />service contracts, manufacturer's or other warranties
<br />relating thereto);
<br />(d) all licenses, permits, governmental rights, choses -in-
<br />action, claims, information contained In computer media
<br />(such as data bases, source and object codes and
<br />information therein) things in actions, trademarks
<br />(together with the goodwill associated therewith and
<br />derivatives thereof) and trade names, including the rights
<br />to make, use and vend goods utilizing any of the foregoing
<br />and permits, licenses, certifications, authorizations and
<br />approvals, and the rights of Debtor thereunder( issued by
<br />any governmental, regulatory or private authority, agency
<br />or entity and all other general Intangibles;
<br />(e) all products, parts, accessories, attachments,
<br />replacements, accessions, substitutions, increases,
<br />profits and proceeds thereof (whether cash or non -cash)
<br />(Including insurance payable by reason of loss or damage
<br />to the foregoing property and all additions and accessions
<br />thereto);
<br />(f) all documents, books and records of Debtor relating to the
<br />foregoing property;
<br />(g) all of Debtor's rights, remedies and privileges pertaining
<br />thereto; and
<br />(h) all other tangible or intangible personal property of the
<br />same description, type, class or classes hereafter owned
<br />or acquired by Debtor.
