This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this lyday AUGUST, 2003, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />JOHNSON & JOHNSON, INC. <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF <br />SECTION TWELVE (12) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE <br />6' P.M., MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON <br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, SAID POINT BEING TWO HUNDRED <br />FORTY FIVE (245.0) FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NORTHWEST <br />QUARTER; THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE (145) FEET; <br />THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF THREE HUNDRED (300) FEET; THENCE <br />SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER, A <br />DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE (145) FEET; THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY <br />AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEEST QUARTER, A DISTANCE <br />OF THREE HUNDRED (300) FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated AUGUST 30 2002, and filed for record on AUGUST 30, <br />2002 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as DOCUMENT # 0200209127; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of MAY 1, 2003; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO DECEMBER 1, 2003. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
