0400311022 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, by Ann M. Vanosdall, of a Lease dated June 25, 2003, wherein Kuester <br />Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Ann M. Vanosdall, single, is the Lessee, such lease <br />commenced October 1, 1990, and terminates September 30, 2025, and pertains to: <br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake front footage of One Hundred (100) <br />Feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, <br />and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2 <br />SW1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />bounded on the Southeasterly side by the common road; <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to United Nebraska Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for <br />payment of a Note in the amount of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND and NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($75,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - <br />described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />By <br />Robert Kutz, Its President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this - day of August, 2003, by Robert Kutz, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />I� Gbraska .� <br />Notary Public <br />2004 f <br />
