<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Densel M Rasmussen and
<br />Carolyn K Rasmussen, Husband and Wife; to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 18, 1999 and recorded February 25, 1999 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document # 99- 102032 in the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The South Seventy -Four (74) Feet of Lot Four (4) and the North Two (2) Feet of Lot Five (5), West Bel Air Fifth
<br />Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
