<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all sums secured by the Deed of Trust executed by COLEEN K. DRAMSE,
<br />a single person, as Trustor, in which THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, COMMUNITY
<br />DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 8, 1999 and
<br />recorded on June 9, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 105861 have been fully paid, and that such Deed of Trust and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such payment with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby release and reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto, namely Coleen K. Dramse, a single person, all
<br />interest and estate now held by her thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Houghkirk Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
