Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust WB LIAM C BRENNAN AND
<br />DEBORAH K BRENNAN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AN .D LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 2 1999' DECEMBER 3.2001 and
<br />recorded AUGUST 11 1999 DFCEMBER 17.2001 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 108096' 200112938 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyanee be executed and delivered:
