<br />Trustor, for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK OF HASTINGS, which Deed of Trust

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A., has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
