<br />dated JULY 2 1998 AND OCTOBER 19, 1998 and recorded JULY 6, 1998 AND OCTOBER 29,
<br />1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #98- 106559 AND 98- 110565 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
