KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured bythe Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by WILLIAM P. ZILLER AND JULANN K ZILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 10th day of September, 2002, and recorded on the 18t11

<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
