The Products are to be installed at the "Address" stated on page 2 unless a different address is stated here: No exterior or interior trim, painting or staining will be provided unless specified in this contract. A manufacturer's warranty applies to Siding Products, Flooring and Blinds. THE SELLER ASSUMES NO WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO GOODS COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH GOODS. Other goods are covered by the Limited Warranty which you have extended to me at the time I signed this Contract. I agree that my exclusive rights and remedies under the Limited Warranty shall be in lieu of all other rights or remedies at law or in equity. The duration of the Seller's implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to goods covered by the Limited Warranty shall be limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty. BUYER, READ THE SEPARATE "LIMITED WARRANTY" WHICH IS A SEPARATE WRITTEN INSTRUMENT PERTAINING TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THE PACESETTER CORPORATION. THIS "LIMITED WARRANTY" HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO EACH BUYER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALE.
