DEED OF RECONVEYANCE The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rafael C. Hurtado -Cruz and Anita Nunez Reyes, husband and wife, as Borrowers to Mary J. Livingston, as Trustee, for the benefit of Volney D. Lofgreen and Mary E. Lofgreen, as Lenders, dated September 8, 1998, and recorded September 11, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98- 108888, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest, and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: LOT 2, BLOCK 32, ORIGINAL TOWN OF GRAND ISLAND, BALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA Dated this t` day of August, 2003.
