<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 9. 1996

<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 96- 105355 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
