KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LONNIE C JOHN AND CONNIE L JOHN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 9. 1996
<br />and recorded _JULY 10. 1996 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ha-11 County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 96- 105355 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed iii the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />(7) IN BLOCK THREE (3) IN PLEASANT VIEW THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
