<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by GARY
<br />G PIEL AND PEGGY M PIEL, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _NOVEMBER 29, 2002 and recorded

<br />Instrument 200213902 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
