<br />SIDERATION received from GRANTEE, LOUANN C. PHIPPS, TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />LOUANN C. PHIPPS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 23, 2001, AS
<br />AMENDED, quitclaim to GRANTEE, the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, thence Northeasterly of the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance of
<br />126.5 feet; thence Southeasterly a distance of 132 feet to a point on the Northerly line of
<br />an existing Easement, said point beginning a distance of 125.9 feet Northeasterly from
<br />the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision; thence
<br />Southwesterly on the Northerly line of said existing Easement a distance of 125.9 feet to
<br />the said Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision; thence
<br />Northwesterly on the Easterly line of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision a
<br />distance of 135 feet to the point of Beginning.
