<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, thence Northeasterly of the Southerly line of Anna Street a distance of
<br />126.5 feet; thence Southeasterly a distance of 132 feet to a point on the Northerly line of
<br />an existing Easement, said point beginning a distance of 125.9 feet Northeasterly from
<br />the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision; thence
<br />Southwesterly on the Northerly line of said existing Easement a distance of 125.9 feet to
<br />the said Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Parkhill Second Subdivision; thence
