KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />LONNIE L LOGAN AND CATHY A LOGAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated FEBRUARY 11, 2003 and recorded FEBRUARY 11, <br />2003 AS Document # 0200301700, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S <br />OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; . <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />PARCEL TWO: LOT NINE (9) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN HARRISON'S SUBDIVISON, IN THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 7th day of August , 2003. <br />Arend R.
