<br />EXCHANGE BANK, a Nebraska corporation, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the utility easement and right -of -way tract being
<br />more particularly described as follows:

<br />Southerly thirty five (35.0) feet of Lot Twenty (20) Meadowlark West Third
<br />Subdivision.
<br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing 700 square
