<br />I, Deryl D. Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and
<br />says;
<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of
<br />Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And
<br />Associates, Engineering & Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on April 16, 2003, he completed a
<br />survey of North Fork West Subdivision, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that the original plat of said subdivision is
<br />now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall
<br />County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />3. Affifant further states that he has this date re- examined the
<br />plat of North Fork West Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and has discovered an error in the total acreage, as shown on
<br />the plat drawing.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the total acreage for North Fork
<br />West Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, should be 4.279
<br />acres in lieu of 4.729, as shown on the plat drawing.
