<br />Grundman and Linda L Grundman, husband and wife as Trustor to Omaha National Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of FirsTier Mortgage Co. the beneficiary named therein, dated November 27. 1985, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number
<br />85- 005895 - re- recorded 86- 101251 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number 85- 005896 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
