<br />Mortgage Records has been paid, and
<br />WHEREAS, the beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property
<br />held by UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration and in accordance with the
