<br />NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated April .25, 1997 and recorded May 08, 1997, in V �\
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska at Document No. 97- 103541, of the /
<br />Mortgage Records has been paid, and
<br />WHEREAS, the beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property
<br />held by UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration and in accordance with the
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as
