CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />200310478 <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by Stephen D. Schauer and Janet G. Schauer, of a Lease dated <br />August 1, 2003, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Stephen D. Schauer and <br />Janet G. Schauer, husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced August 1, <br />2003, and terminates July 31, 2038, and pertains to: <br />Lot Eight (8), having a lake front footage of 98 feet, situated on the <br />East side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SW' /), in Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional <br />security for payment of a Note in the amount of NINETY FIVE THOUSAND and NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($95,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - <br />described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />By <br />Robert Kutz, Its President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this day of August, 2003, by Robert Kutz, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />A GENERAL NOTARY -State Of Nebraska <br />j6VyComM.E* DIANNE 1 . $¢HU TE J - -(/ tary Public <br />
