SCHAUER, Husband and Wife, <br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $95,000.00 the Lease dated August 1, 2003, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the <br />following- described premises: <br />Lot Eight (8), having a lake front footage of 98 feet, situated on the <br />East side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY.SW%), in Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $95,000.00 with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br />DATED: August ,2003. <br />STEP N D.
