<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, we hereby sell, set
<br />over, and assign unto Stephen D. Schauer and Janet G. Schauer, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants, the following property:
<br />A. All of my lease rights wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the Lessor
<br />and Jerry M. Radcliff and Joan K. Radcliff, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants, were the Lessees, and pertaining to:
<br />Lot Eight (8), having a lake front footage of 98 feet, situated on the East
<br />side of the West Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2SW' /4), in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 16) for 294 shares of the common
<br />stock of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />We warrant that we are the owners of the above - described property, improvements and
<br />personal property on the above - described premises; that we are entitled to sell the same; that
<br />said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that we will warrant and defend the title to
<br />said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
