<br />Boon as husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />_, the Beneficiary named therein dated 09 -07 -02 AND 02 -06 -03
<br />and recorded 09 -13 -02 AND 02 -12 -03 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE , in
<br />Book INSTR #200209686 and #200301713 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
