<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING A DEED OF
<br />TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 19, 1998 AND FILED JULY 8, 1998 AS
<br />DOC # 98- 106650; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED JUNE
<br />19, 1998 AND FILED JULY 8, 1998 AS DOC # 98- 106649;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) IN MEADOWLARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
