WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on August 4, 2000, and <br />identified as Document No. 0200006312, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The Westerly 70 Feet of Lot 149 and the Westerly 70 Feet of <br />Lot 150, in West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together wit' "all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appgtya•ning. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />RONALD S.
