<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under a certain Deed of Trust executed by Jason J.
<br />Phipps and Sabrina L. Phipps, husband and wife, to Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, and James
<br />N. Phipps and Louann C. Phipps, husband and wife, are Beneficiaries, in the amount of $92,000.00, dated
<br />9/1101, filed 11113/01, Document 42001 - 11,602, and filed with the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, desJres to appoint a new Trustee in the place and stead of the Trustee [tamed above; and, Anther, all
<br />of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust has been satisfied and/or discharged against the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot 20, Indiaahead 2nd Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Now, therefore, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints Dee Chandler, Member of
<br />the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 1823 Harney st, Omaha NE 68102, as successor
<br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust to have all the powers of said original Trustee, effective forthwith.
<br />Further, the undersigned hereby requests that the property held by the Trustee be conveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person(s) entitled thereto.
