<br />Deed dated April 30, 1984, recorded in aforesaid Clerk's Office as 84- 002402; (4) Ann M.
<br />Cleary, Personal Representative of the Estate of Francis P. Cleary by Personal Representative's
<br />Deed dated April 30, 1984, recorded in aforesaid Clerk's Office as 84- 002405; and (5) Frances
