<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this 52% day of August,
<br />2003, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Phyllis J. Codner, Trustee of
<br />the Phyllis J. Codner Revocable Trust, is Beneficiary, and Gale L. s
<br />Hill and Sandra M. Hill, husband and wife, are Trustors and Ronald Q
<br />S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 30, 2000, and
<br />identified as Document No. 200005379, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Hill Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully.paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or apperta
