<br />June 28, 2002, make; execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of
<br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property:
<br />"Northerly 56 feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Six (6), Russell Wheelers Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD),
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on July 2, 2002 as Instrument No.
<br />0200206984, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on March 3, 2003 through July 3, 2003, together with interest
<br />accruing thereon.
<br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has
<br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and
<br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to
<br />satisfy said obligation.
