Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of <br />Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property: <br />"Northerly 56 feet of Lot Ten (10), Block Six (6), Russell Wheelers Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc.
