DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated MARCH 05, 1999, executed by VIRGIL D. DAMRATOWSKI AND NAOMI L.
<br />DAMRATOWSKI, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of IRWIN MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded MARCH 08, 1999 as Instrument No.
<br />99- 102484, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of.the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
