<br />Whereas the undersigned, Norm Buck, President of Bucks Rental, Inc. of Grand

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as trustee under the Deed of Trust with Future Advances, dated
<br />November 1, 2001, executed by VisionComm Vending Inc., as Trustor(s), in which Buck's
<br />Rental, Inc. is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as trustee, and recorded as
<br />document number 200111139 in the Hall County Register of Deeds, as received from Norm
<br />Buck, President, Buck's Rental, Inc., the beneficiary under such Deed of Trust, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such deed have been paid in full and that such Trust
<br />Deed and the note secured by the Trust Deed have been surrendered to the undersigned for
<br />cancellation;
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the estate now held by it under such Trust Deed witness whereof the
<br />undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska on July 28,
