<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated FEBRUARY 06, 1999, executed by EDWARD J. TWOHIG AND MARY A.
<br />TWOHIG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of UNION BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded FEBRUARY 19, 1999 as Instrument No.
<br />99- 101859, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
