<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Steve Parker and Linda A. Parker, trustors,
<br />to Bank of Clarks, f/k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek, Trustee, and Bank of Clarks, f/k/a Farmers State
<br />Bank of Silver Creek, Beneficiary, and recorded March 28, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200203360 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said
<br />Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or persons entitled therein all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but
<br />only as to such premises:
<br />The Easterly Sixty -Two (62) feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Nine (9) in Block Eleven (11),
<br />Harrison's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
