<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRYAN W MABIE AND DENISE D MABIE HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R CVG
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _4/29/02 6/9/03
<br />and recorded _5/7/02 6/20/03 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200204898 200307777 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN BOGG'S AND HILL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
