Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the "Junior Deed of Trust ") dated January 15, 2003, <br />granted by Joseph J Toczek and Darlene M Toczek, husband and wife as joint tenants ( "Borrower "), and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on February 20, 2003, as <br />200302051, encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the "Property "). Refinancer is the <br />beneficiary under a deed of trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust ") dated <br />it y 5n , 200, granted by the Borrower, and recorded in the same <br />office on t� 20 OTC as <br />encumbering the property.
