<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among MICHAEL L.
<br />ENGLISH AND BARBARA L. ENGLISH, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State
<br />Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association as Beneficiary, dated November 4, 1998, and recorded on November 9, 1998, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number #98- 110975 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
<br />AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER (WEST/, CORNER) OF SAID NW1/4; THENCE RUNNING ON AN
<br />ASSUMED BEARING OF N 89 006'07" E ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NWI /4 FOR A DISTANCE OF
<br />528.00 FEET; THENCE N 00 100'00" E PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID NWI /4 FOR
<br />660.00 FEET; THENCE S 89 °06'07" W PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NW1 /4 FOR
