<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Twenty Two (22) and the East Half (El. 2) of Lot
<br />Twenty One (21), in West Heights Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated August 30, 1999, and recorded on September 1,
<br />1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 99- 108746 wherein Rebecca Martinez, a
<br />single woman and Miguel Chapa, a single man are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc., A California Corporation is named
<br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company, a
<br />California Corporation is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted
<br />and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $52,873.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc., A California Corporation to Fleet
<br />Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated August 30, 1999 and recorded
