<br />WHEREAS, TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary executed a Deed of Trust

<br />$19,804.75 dated March 5, 2003 and recorded on March 12, 2003, as Instrument No.
<br />2003 -02888 in Hall County, Nebraska, affecting the following described property:
<br />The West 48 Feet of Lot 13 and the East 13 feet of Lot 12, Block 1, Westerhoff s
<br />First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND WHEREAS, Mindy S Weaver f /k/a Mindy S Lueck and Jason J Weaver and
<br />Vernon R Lueck and Marietta Lueck executed a Peed of Trust in favor of TierOne Bank
<br />in t e rincipal amount of $79,600.00 dated / a S %D3 , recorded on

<br />in the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $1.00 in hand
<br />paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for other good and valuable
<br />consideration, TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, does hereby subordinate and does
<br />hereby declare to be subordinated to the lien of the Deed of Trust recorded as Inst.
