<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />BRIAN K KELLY AND STACY A KELLY, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 13, 2002 and recorded NOVEMBER 13, 2002 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT
<br />#0200212514 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
