Kelly and Stacy A. Kelly, Husband and <br />Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Ivan R. Daniels and Kristen M.
