<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Bob R Nagel and Karen L Nagel,
<br />as husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />_, the Beneficiary named therein dated November 9, 2001
<br />and recorded November 15, 2001 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE , in
<br />Book Instr #020011168 t Page n/a of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled

<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Two Hundred Forty Five (245.0) feet; thence running Easterly and parallel to
<br />the South line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet; thence running Southerly
<br />and parallel to the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of Two Hundred Forty Five (245.0) feet to a
<br />point on the South line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4); thence running Westerly along and upon the South line of
<br />said Northwest Quarter (NWl /4), a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet to the point of beginning.
